The Chito Community represents a group of 55 smallholder coffee producers located in the Zamora Chinchipe province of southeastern Ecuador.Partnering with CafExporto, they product high-quality, specialty washed coffee (varietals including Sarchimor and Caturra). Since 2021, the community has worked to improve farming techniques and quality to move away from low-price local markets to specialty export markets.
